Must have knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar.   

• The ability to observe, receive, and obtain information from all relevant sources is necessary.

•  Possess the ability to put a positive and/or humorous spin in writing on seemingly impossible situations.

•  Writing should effectively relay information about a given topic or situation, and/or develop creative ways to assist with solutions to problems.

•  Must be able to follow guidelines and use specified reference material while being mindful of time constraints and the importance of meeting deadlines.
